DEXA Body Composition Scan
The gold standard for reading body composition. One quick open-air scan breaks down fat, lean tissue, and bone density region by region at ±2% clinical accuracy. Instead of a single number on the bathroom scale, you get the full breakdown of what you are actually carrying.
VO₂ Max Test
VO₂ Max marks the upper limit of your aerobic capacity, and research links a strong result to a 5x mortality gap (JAMA 2018, Mandsager et al.). Walk or run while we measure your engine directly, then head out with heart-rate zones built around your own number.
Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Test
Generic calorie estimates guess at your metabolism, and that guesswork is where plenty of nutrition plans quietly stall. A few minutes breathing into a mask tells us the calories your body actually burns at rest, so your plan starts from your real numbers.
